She baked bread and loved candles. She exuded a cheerfulness that most men would seek. She was thin and plain and not considered beautiful. She laughed at all of Brenden's jokes and he knew that she'd leave him for a husband one day. Brenden would bring her oil scents and wax so that she could make her own candles.
